Waldbühne 2020: A Night of Gods and Heroes
Gustavo Dudamel, the Berliner Philharmoniker and the Waldbühne - what a great success story. In June 2008, at the age of 27, the Venezuelan conductor made his debut as a philharmonic artist on the open-air stage with a Spanish-South American programme (also available: Waldbühne 2008: Los Ritmos de la Noche, Progr. No. 5698). This season he is conducting for the fourth time. And one thing is certain: it will be another highlight in the joint collaboration between Dudamel and the Berliner Philharmoniker.
