Il Teatro - Emöke Baráth and Le Concert de la Loge at Fontainebleau
This Vivaldi concert was recorded on the occasion of Julien Chauvin‘s CD release „Il Teatro“. The concert is an opportunity to confront the theatricality of Vivaldi‘s instrumental music with the virtuosity of his operatic arias. Always seeking to renew the forms of the concert and to rediscover the spontaneity that prevailed in the 18th century, Julien Chauvin created an original program, alternating concerto movements and operatic arias.
