Lucerne Festival 2005: Abbado conducts Bruckner 7

The concerts of the new established Lucerne Festival Orchestra with Claudio Abbado as its conductor made triumphal headlines worldwide: from «the miracle of Lucerne» (Tagesspiegel) to «superbe et éphèmère» (Le Figaro). In Summer 2005 Claudio Abbado and his elite Orchestra with outstanding musicians such as Kolja Blacher, Albrecht Mayer, Georg Faust, Emmanuel Pahud and the Sabine Meyer Ensemble perform Anton Bruckner’s Symphony No.7.
