Mariinsky on track

During the eleventh edition of the famous Easter Festival the Mariinsky Orchestra is travelling across the vastness of Russia by train. In this documentary we will follow the orchestra on this musical journey and on its various concert stations. By the use of interviews with the instrumentalists we will find out more about their approach to the project, about the efforts and struggles of the journey, and we will share unforgettable musical moments with one of Russia's oldest and most acclaimed orchestras.
