Verbier 2016: Kyung Wha Chung & Charles Dutoit

After a long absence from the stage, violin legend Kyung Wha Chung made a sensational return to the concert stage, when opening the 2016 Verbier Festival with a powerful performance of Brahms‘ Violin Concerto in D Major, one of the crowns of the violin repertoire. The concert is completed by another masterpiece, Berlioz’s epic Symphonie Fantastique, both conducted by former music director Charles Dutoit.
