A Christmas television special from Prague. The programme features a Thanksgiving service in the beautiful Baroque Church of St. Jacob and carol singing in the medieval Old Town Square.

The performance features the talents of today's leading Bach expert, Helmuth Rilling with his Gächinger Kantorei and Bach-Collegium Stuttgart, in the first performance of this work since its rediscovery in 1988.
